We're Jose and Michelle Zacarias, founders of A Level Up Leader.
Originally from Honduras, we’ve built our lives and leadership in Tampa Bay, serving people in the marketplace and ministry.Leading people is rewarding—but it’s not always easy.
Personalities clash, motivation dips, and sometimes it feels like you’re saying the same thing a hundred different ways. We get it.We’ve been there. And we understand the struggle.That’s why we created A Level Up Leader — to help leaders build trust, strengthen communication, and create environments where people thrive. We train and equip sharing insights on things we have previously experienced.We learned the hard way, and now, we’re passionate about helping others grow with clarity, confidence, and connection.
Before launching A Level Up Leader
We spent years developing leaders and businesses across both countries. Michelle began her career in corporate event planning and floral design, leading diverse teams to deliver high-end events with excellence and creativity.
José launched and led a brand experience and B2B company in Honduras, helping organizations connect through impactful activations, campaigns, and memorable brand interactions.When we moved to the United States
We combined our skills and passion for people to open a boutique high-end wedding invitation and design studio in Tampa. Our company was honored as Florida’s only store inducted into The Knot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame — a reflection of our commitment to communication, excellence, and unforgettable service.Those experiences taught us the same truth: when communication is clear and people feel valued, everything changes — in business, in ministry, and in leadership.
